We pride ourselves on our community atmosphere as we seek to create a calm environment, which allows our young people to learn. We are focused on one-to-one sessions to help establish empathy and trust, which allows us to make the progress our young people deserve.

We have worked hard to ensure all our workshops are of the highest quality. They are equipped to match the imagination of our young people and build those capabilities that can improve their prospects in life.

We rely heavily on support from many quarters. We are firm believers that we always have a great deal to learn, so are always looking to work with supporters, partners and local businesses to improve what we do and provide the best possible support for our young people.

We are a Charity and benefit from the support of public organisations, so we have a comprehensive governance structure, with policies and procedures to ensure we are always doing the right thing. We are a registered provision with Suffolk County Council, are fully Health & Safety compliant, and our mentors are trained on all aspects of their workshops, on First Aid, and on Trauma.
