Our Primary provision delivers small group sessions focused on building positive relationships and emotional regulation.
The aim of innov8 Primary is to offer targeted interventions and therapeutic support to students who are struggling to access full-time education. Our objective is that sessions at innov8 will give students the skills they need to reintegrate into school.
The sessions will be delivered by a Primary Lead and Primary Practitioner and are 2.5 hours in duration. Sessions can include adult-led activities, independent play, turn-taking tasks, guided reading and outdoor play and learning.
The interventions are delivered based on therapeutic play, emotional resilience and regulation and Thrive.
After each session the referrer will receive a detailed overview of what the child has achieved in the form of a Session Sheet.
