Our fitness workshop includes multiple cardio machines, free weights and a boxing space. It provides a place for young people to find a form of exercise that works for them.

Our gym space accommodates all types of fitness levels and interests to allow the students to discover and engage in a variety of training that’s personalised for each individual on a one-to-one basis.

What we do

We have a range of cardio machines and aerobic equipment to allow the students to break a sweat while improving their fitness. A mix of free weights and a multi-purpose cable machine allows the students to increase their strength and gain more confidence in themselves through resistance training.

Additionally, students are able to learn a variety of combat sports such as Muay Thai and Boxing with Jake, our experienced and qualified personal trainer. This is a great way to burn tons of energy in a structured way while learning a new sport. From individual programmes to circuit training, there is something for everyone!
